One of the Durham's biggest and newest breweries with a great selection of Southern Style beer. Their mission is to create a distinctly Southern beer style using local farmed goods, heirloom grains, and Southern botanicals. Some of their experiments to-date include scuppernong grapes, sweet potatoes, hickory-smoked malt, kudzu, and rhubarb. Bull City Burger and Brewery

 

Bull City Burger and Brewery serves lunch and dinner with indoor and outside patio dining. The restaurant is very much “farm-to-fork,” meaning they work closely with NC farmers to supply all of their food. Bull City's also a full scale working brewery and brew their our own beer. A locally owned craft brewery situated in downtown Durham, North Carolina. Triangle Brewing Company is dedicated to producing well balanced, full-flavored, yet highly drinkable Belgian and American style ales.

Triangle beers are made with the finest hops and barley malt. Flavors harmonize, not fight for individual attention. Triangle beers are not pasteurized nor do they add preservatives (except for a healthy addition of hops.) Aviator Brewing Company

 

Aviator, located in Fuquay-Varina was started to provide fine ales and lagers in North Carolina. They also got sick of driving to the store all the time to buy beer so they thought "What the heck, lets brew lots of beer and drink most of it ourselves." They sell the rest! Some of the beers they brew are: HotRod Red, Old BullDog Extra Special, Belgian Dubbel, Devils Tramping Ground Tripel, Gremlin's Golden, BoneHead India Brown. You can find their beers in local bars around the Triangle or at their tap house in Fuquay Varina.
